Shipping
All SoundShield orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and will ship out via UPS Ground taking between 2-5 business days in most U.S. rehions for receipt. If a customer needs faster shipping or is interested in our product outside of the United States and Territories, please contact us directly so we may assist if possible.
Returns
Due to the material build of our product and our efforts to ensure the highest quality and handling possible, we do not accept returns of SoundShield products unless there is a defect and a customer has contacted us to troubleshoot prior to a possible product replacement.
