At SoundShield, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.

Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Key Limitation
Installed, used, custom, special-order, clearance, and final sale items are generally non-returnable.

Returns
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In new, resalable condition
• Returned in the original packaging with all included parts, hardware, instructions, and accessories
Items that are returned damaged, used, altered, or incomplete may be denied or may be subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Installed or used products
• Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear
• Opened materials or supplies that cannot be resold as new

Fitment and Product Compatibility
Because automotive aftermarket parts and accessories may vary by vehicle, application, and installation method, the customer is responsible for confirming product compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is right for your vehicle or project, please contact us before ordering.
Returns will not be accepted for products that do not fit or perform as expected due to incorrect customer-provided vehicle information, failure to verify compatibility, or improper installation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at john@soundshieldusa.com.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage
We may require this information to process a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.

Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, you must contact us to request return approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. To request a return, contact:

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds may be reduced if the item is not returned in original, resalable condition.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is typically to return the eligible product and place a new order.
